North Carolina has a proud orthodontic heritage. The state has always had one of the most proactive and forward thinking components in the country. North Carolina has set the standard by which many other components emulate themselves. We have led the country in issues such as third party, managed care and direct reimbursement. We offer the most up-to-date scientific programs. North Carolina has provided many of the leaders whom have been active at the national level. We encourage all of our members to become active in our organization.
